In a few weeks my team 'Vacansoleil op kop' promoted from 7th to 4th Division, thanks to some excellent performances of captain Sebastien Van Eijcken and co-leader Dries Franckx. Unfortunately, too early captain Van Eijcken has reached his full potential, so he can't train anymore, which is a problem for my team. I hoped Van Eijcken could become a much better rider then he is now but it's not possible. So, other (less good) riders of my team will have to perform well, otherwise 'Vacansoleil op kop' will degrade back to 5th Division. And of course, that's not what I want.
